The "Man and Sun" Park project, located along George W. Bush Street, focused on the comprehensive landscape revitalization and greening of a key urban recreational space. The initiative transformed the surroundings of the iconic monument into a modern, aesthetic, and welcoming green destination.
Proximity to a major highway, high traffic emissions, and the distinct spatial features of the site presented a unique set of landscape design challenges. The primary goal was selecting resilient plant species capable of thriving in urban conditions while complementing the architectural significance of the monument.
We executed a complete dendrological enhancement by planting high-grade, urban-adapted trees and shrubs, establishing structured green lawns, and creating refined landscape compositions. As a result, the "Man and Sun" Park was revitalized into a vibrant, healthy, and visually compelling urban oasis.
