The Dedaena Park project focused on the landscape revitalisation and urban greening of one of Tbilisi's most iconic central public spaces. Located along the Mtkvari River, the initiative successfully restored the park's green cover while creating a modern, vibrant, and sustainable recreational environment for all visitors.
Executing landscape enhancements in a high-density area with heavy pedestrian footfall and urban traffic presented a unique challenge. The primary goal was selecting resilient plant species capable of withstanding urban conditions while integrating seamlessly with the park's established architecture and public zones.
We executed a complete dendrological upgrade by planting high-quality, urban-adapted trees and shrubs, designing refined landscape compositions, and establishing rich green zones. As a result, Dedaena Park preserved its distinct cultural identity while evolving into a refreshed, modern, and welcoming urban oasis.
