The Cognac Park project in the Sarajishvili district focused on the comprehensive landscape revitalisation and greening of a key local recreational area. The project aimed to deliver a modern, aesthetic, and welcoming green space within a dense urban setting, providing residents and visitors with a comfortable environment for leisure.
The primary challenge was optimizing the existing space while selecting adaptive plant species well-suited for the urban microclimate. Our team prioritized precise spatial zoning and soil preparation to ensure the park offered both practical functionality and rich aesthetic greenery.
We executed a complete dendrological design by planting high-quality ornamental trees and shrubs, creating structured green areas, and crafting refined landscape compositions. As a result, Cognac Park was transformed into a refreshed, healthy, and inviting urban oasis.
