The Akaki Tsereteli Avenue project represents a large-scale urban rehabilitation and greening initiative along one of the capital's busiest central thoroughfares. The project delivered a complete landscape transformation, incorporating green safety islands, pedestrian avenues, and vibrant public spaces alongside modern street infrastructure.
Executing comprehensive landscaping within a dense urban environment with heavy traffic flow presented a complex task. The core priority was selecting resilient tree and plant species capable of thriving under urban conditions and emissions while enhancing the avenue's aesthetic appeal and canopy cover.
We executed a complete dendrological transformation by introducing high-quality, urban-adapted ornamental trees and plants, installing automated irrigation systems, and creating lush green zones. As a result, Tsereteli Avenue was revitalized into a modern, ecologically balanced, and visually stunning boulevard.
