The project along Merab Kostava Avenue, directly in front of the Tbilisi Concert Hall (Philharmonic), focused on the landscape design and urban greening of one of the capital's most central public spaces. The initiative successfully refreshed the pedestrian zones and public squares, blending modern urban infrastructure with elegant green design.
High traffic density, heavy pedestrian footfall, and dense urban surroundings presented a unique set of landscape design challenges. The key priority was selecting resilient ornamental species capable of enduring traffic emissions and urban stress while enhancing the architectural character of the historic Philharmonic building.
We executed a complete dendrological enhancement by planting high-grade, urban-adapted trees and shrubs, establishing refined landscape compositions, and structuring vibrant green zones. As a result, Kostava Avenue and the Philharmonic forecourt were transformed into a refreshed, modern, and visually compelling urban destination.
